1) Cut out the processed foods that contain sugars

2) Cut out cow's milk
It is fattening, unhealthy and unnatural for humans to drink milk from an animal. In fact, if cow's milk wasn't pasteurized and homogenized, we would not be able to tolerate it. We can get our calcium through vegetables and other sources. If you still need milk, switch to natural unsweetened almond milk (which has added calcium).
3) Cut out breads
